Pros

- Young, aspiring workforce - Pretty cool office locations, so you can boast to your friends while ignoring how silly your job actually is, and how little free time you have in the evening - Large companies as clients

Cons

Longevity Partners takes on ALL projects it can get, seemingly without considering the already-overworked employees. Overworking is very common, and over-hours are not paid - quite an unhealthy work/life balance. This does not depend on the office location, either; colleagues from all locations would have similar experiences. However, hard work is not the main problem here: the company provides very boring work. It makes juniors complete BREEAM-assessments day in, day out. In the beginning, this can be challenging, but after a few weeks, it becomes routine work. It's hard to understand why a Master's degree is required (5 years of studying at minimum?!) for the simple job of completing Word and PowerPoint templates. Instead of a burn-out, this job will give you a bore-out. The most brilliant employees leave continuously for this reason. Please, just aim to do something more useful with your brain, and continue searching for a more meaningful job :) Finally, I hope Longevity Partners re-think how they treat their people; the stories of the CEO being irrational and rude to junior staff are, unfortunately, plenty. It's quite funny, actually. Tip before you accept the job: read the negative reviews first (also, note how they're from junior staff; I'm 99% sure the positive reviews are written by higher management to increase the average score). In case these reviews still don't convince you, reach out to any former employee on LinkedIn about his/her experience.

Pros

The team is packed with talented, friendly and well-meaning experts in sustainability so you can learn a lot.

Cons

The CEO is stupidest smart person I've ever met. The absolute picture of entitled, egocentric and arrogant. His ability to string together nonsensical business jargon into meaningless sentences is only surpassed by his lack of self awareness and inability to listen for more than 60 seconds.

Pros

- The people make Longevity; team members working alongside everyday are fantastic, lots of collaboration & knowledge sharing. - Opportunity to take on responsibility and 'climb career ladder' - A lot of steps taken to improve processes in 2024

Cons

- Normalised culture of burn out, anxiety, and stress (multiple colleagues having to take personal time off, seeking medical help, etc,) - As a whole, HR are not approachable & known to make unreasonable demands - Very high work load - Communication from some senior management is poor
