If you’re in management and full-time status, you’ll guarantee have hours to work. Doesn’t take much for people to get promoted nowadays.

Cons

If you’re not a quicker learner and not willing to buy into everything implemented, good luck. 95% chance of getting a raise… but 5% can be great if your store manager doesn’t care for you
