Being there felt like a joke within competent decisions leaving everyone downcast.

Flexible hours and decent pay rates.

Cons

The team was plagued by incompetent planning that turned even simple tasks into massive headaches. Communication was a joke, leaving everyone feeling downcast about their work. Promises were made and then completely forgotten, which was both confusing and disheartening. It felt like no one had a clue how to support those doing job.

Look Media Response

We have not hired a Brand Ambassador since 2019, never full time, and always temporarily (not for 1-2 years). This is either someone discontent trolling us or a reputation management company messing with our reviews. Very annoying. Feel free to contact people who actually work here via LinkedIn or other means to get an accurate picture. Thanks,

Media formats offered in 150+ DMAs Small company but the CEOs and employees care for each other and the organization Work from home, flexibility Benefits have gotten much better This is a good company to work for and some other reviews were posted by 1-2 disgruntled former employees who were not strong to succeed at Look Media

Cons

Management should take a bit more of a personal approach with employees, let them know you care about them personally
