      Paid lunches. Young enviornment. Interesting businesss model and mission.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism, homophobia, misogony, and racism at this job. If you are a person of color, LGBT, or a woman, you will not rise in this company and be stuck in the same role you applied for with no opportunity for growth and no flexibility. If you are a heterosexual white male with a frat-mentality: congratulations, you hit the jackpot, the world is your oyster at this company.

      The only good thing is the benefits, but then again you get crap pay and dealing with 2 sided managers and directors.

      Honestly everything. 1.Don't appreciate time & effort put in 2.No growth 3.Fake promises 4.They want you to do more than 1 job for the lowest salary amount. Make untrained associates do other jobs and don't pay them any extra

      They only care about themselves Theres absolutely 0 growth at this company They will throw you under the bus, supervisors only care about themselves 2 faced mangamers Definitely do not pay competitively Don't even think about a raise at this company or a promotion
