Always new projects to work on, Friendly and helpful coworkers, Freedom to work on tasks yourself rather than being micromanaged.
Cons
Top management reshuffle by ousting previous management who have been with the company 20+ years is irrational, New initiatives introduced which require more time to complete than previous procedures, Too much reporting, not enough focus made on winning new work, Minimal bonuses/opportunities for advancement. Top managers/directors recruited on a friend basis, not on experience or qualifications.
