Pros

Decent health/dental insurance for a reasonable rate Some paid holidays off Some Visa gift cards given for highest performing employees Work parties are nice

Cons

The Wholesale Screening Solutions section of this company is essentially a sweat shop. If you enjoy low-paying, robotic work this place is for you. One word.... MICROMANAGEMENT. The work is interesting and could be enjoyable if not for management breathing down your neck. The stress brought on by this caused me to start having serious health problems. $12/hr is not worth anyone's health. Hourly pay is extremely low. There are no raises/promotions offered for those who go above and beyond what is expected of them. If you are friend/family of management, you are set. You will be first in line to become a supervisor, even if you are the least qualified candidate. There is no reason to work hard when people who slack off and are lazy are rewarded exactly the same. Even your yearly raise can only be as high as $0.40/hr. You would make more money waiting tables, which many people have to do as a second job. STOP WITH THE CHILDISH "REWARDS". If you enjoy being treated like a child, you will love it here. Buttons, stickers, plastic "plaques" are handed out like candy. These mean nothing to your employees and it is a slap in the face for management to believe that we should feel rewarded for receiving these things. It is a joke. Workplace morale is LOW. You are not allowed to talk to the other 50 people who sit in the same room as you. You are not allowed to ask them questions. You will be written up for doing so. There are no windows in one of the rooms, commonly referred to as the "dungeon". Not prime real estate for where you will be spending 8 hours of your day. Turnover rate is sky high. The hours are also terrible. There are two options. One is bad and the other is worse. 5:30am-2:00pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm. Reward your good/productive employees by letting them work from home on a more normal schedule.

Think Twice

Pros

Monthly lunches/dinners and healthcare benefits

Cons

Toxic environment. Those who keep the company running (research analysts) are treated poorly, not valued, paid next to nothing, work in sweatshop like conditions, and treated like children. Upper management has joked about how low the pay is and knows that only those living over an hour away where there are little to no job prospects are desperate enough to take the job. Hence the majority have heinous commutes at ridiculous hours due to lack of office space. Those who are friends of the family will be promoted and paid well regardless or experience or qualifications. This is a well-known fact throughout the company at all levels. Never before have I worked for a company that so undervalued its employees. Never before have seen such turnover in a company. That should tell you something. Take these reviews seriously. I should have. If there is a common theme in the negative reviews, there might just be something to it. Think twice. It's just not worth your mental health and happiness.

Pros

Free catered lunch once a month. Occasional off site seasonal events with free booze and food. Refrigerators to store your lunch in. Hot/Cold filtered water dispensers.

Cons

No parking, very tense atmosphere, management plays favorites and allows staff to rumormonger. Very low pay for positions filled. A Research Analyst makes roughly $8 to 10 more per hour at other places than here. Undocumented rules and regulations you can be called out and reprimanded for. Middle management plays favorites with employees. Very high employee turn over so you lose track of friends quickly.
