      Great team environment with the opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Working together as a team is really helpful. Everyone was on the same page so the support given was appreciated. It was nice to have a training program laid out in writing so I knew what to expect and what was expected of me each day. Anyone looking for advancement to eventually running your own branch, this is the place to start.

      Cons

      You must be determined and self motivated. If you are not a hard worker, need not apply.

      Basically a Bait and Switch

      Pros

      Morning culture and activities...that's it

      Cons

      - Not paid for 1st hour at the office - Not reimbursed for gas - Company advertises base + , but this is not true (no true base exists: if you have one bad week of sales they'll recover, but they deduct it from your next paycheck) - Type of job vs. advertised is misleading (this is basically door to door sales) - Using sneaky tactics to sell to honest local business owners

      This post was not written about Lucky 13 Consulting, inc. At one point in time we were sub leasing some of our office spaces to another company KD CONCEPTS. Some people have confused the two companies because for awhile their name wasn't on the door. Our company has not ever had a door to door campaign like they did. We represent Fortune 500 companies on a BUSINESS to BUSINESS or RETAIL BASIS.

      Pros

      I've learned more here in the 8 weeks I've been working here than I did in the 2 years I spent at my last job. Learning the in's and out's of sales, marketing and general business has been more valuable that I could have imagined. I now see why there motto is that this is a real world MBA program.

      Cons

      Newsflash..... THIS IS HARD WORK. Anything worth having is worth working hard for. It seems like some people forget that
