- International and creative team members with open minded leaders - Efficient internal communication without bureaucratic fuss, which is really common in some big international companies - Management is highly flexible once you have proven your capability - Great opportunities to learn about the global tourism market

Cons

- Fast changing industry. You have to constantly learn and adapt. - Multiple locations of the team in different time zones, which are China, US and UK that might be a challenge for your work routine. Once you've got used to it, it's totally fine.
