      - Interview process was unique and fun - The job posting was mostly what it advertised to be - Very caring, hard-working and ambitious group of individuals to work with - Big on extra-curricular initiatives (socials, monthly meals)

      Cons

      - The 'opportunity to progress into automation' was non-existent - Strong booze culture - Elements of micro-management and sudden slack huddles

      + Amazing team of people who share and live our values of Championing Individuality, Trusting & Committing and Inspiring Growth + Feeling like we are building something that can really make a difference to people's lives and give them the financial security to decide their future + Being small enough that every person's contribution matters, but large enough that we're starting to see big leaps in the people, product and business - meaning no day is ever the same and we support each other + A team that really cares about the human first, providing flexibility that enables trust, accountability and fun!

      Cons

      > Being earlier stage, it's hard to compete with later stage companies on comp and benefits, so we are building a team of people who are aligned to our vision and values and planning to be in the top 10% for comp and benefits after Series A > We're continuing to work on enabling remote and flexible working (our default) and continuing to build a team that cares about each other across time zones (it's not easy 😅)
