Pros

Friendly colleagues though most leave within a few months

Cons

Management is inexperienced and lacks basic PR knowledge. There is no media strategy, no relationships, and no crisis management skills. Campaigns rely on paying influencers with no structure, planning, or original ideas. Work quality is low with writing and ideas generated by AI even for simple tasks. Clients leave often, and so do staff. Most people last only a few months. Hard work only counts if it looks like effort. Time online matters more than actual results. The culture is toxic. Gossip, insecurity, and micromanagement are the norm.

Pros

Man, where do I even start? Working at Luna PR was like being drafted into the Avengers of PR. Every single person there was a total genius. I’m talking smarter than Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Elon Musk and Leonardo da Vinci combined. It honestly blew my mind on an hourly basis. The management team? Absolute legends. I used to think humans had limits, but apparently not here. These people could probably run NASA, solve world peace, and launch five crypto tokens before lunch. The level of strategy in every meeting made me feel like I was sitting in on a council of gods. The culture? Dude, it was electric. Everyone was so motivated, positive, and insanely talented it made me question if they were even real. I’d wake up pumped to work 18 hours straight because, honestly, who wouldn’t want to? TLDR? Pure brilliance 24/7

Cons

Exposure to joy so pure it’s probably illegal in most countries.

Pros

The only pro is the industry the company markets for. Crypto is interesting.

Cons

Unorganized startup problems with lack of communication or structure. Management does not care for employees while even threatening them blackmailing with holding threats over worker's heads. Pyramid scheme to benefit the top while the workers are pressured to become pro scammers with unrealistic expectations due to incompetent marketing strategies. So much gossip and drama surrounding the office due to poor leadership with many systems and procedures being illegal. Gaslighting and manipulation for misguided confused workers where no one knows what they are doing or how to work leaving favoritism to be the main requisite. Many misdirected clients have had problems with services not working leaving workers at an ethical predicament. Go on firing sprees constantly. Lack of proper training with no support for workers throwing them into the fire to sink or swim without any backing. Many open cases with old employees for illegal, unjust, and unethical practices.
