      Pros

      I've loved my time at Luna. Great size of company - small enough to know pretty much everyone but large enough to not be so start-up scrappy. Everyone is competent and kind. It's totally remote with some in-person meetings so that's a nice mix.

      Cons

      There is an office in Israel and a remote team in the US that is still figuring out the optimal way to work together.
