Salad? Hard to say thats a pro, but it might be the only positive. OH, and you may find a new will to live and lease on life once you leave! You'll also learn a couple things about lights.

Cons

Deranged corporate megalomaniacs are running the place. They'll drain the will to live right out of you if you let them. Even if you dont, They'll try.

Cons

You don’t only do one job. They assign you to do different jobs. People keep quitting so instead of hiring new employees they assign their task to everyone. More work but no raise.
