      Coworkers that you care about

      Cons

      If you are not a published faculty member or director level, your advice and recommendations don't matter to the cabinet, even if you are solely responsible for your department and budget. Too many people are power hungry, and it hurts the people who are trying to turn around and bail out the sinking ship.

      It pays relatively well. But no work life balance.

      Cons

      The President of this organization is a narcissist and is surrounded by sycophants. They have runs several negative multi million dollar deficits and have had to sell their property due to mismanagement. They have laid off dozens of employees. They gutted their entire DEI staff.
