      Wonderful staff, outsourcing can be destructive

      Pros

      Wonderful place with lovely people committed to the well being of so many residents. Everyone works hard. It's not an easy thing to work in senior living.

      Cons

      A lot of outsourcing (HR, accounting) makes it difficult to get answers or move things forward. Not a lot of great attitude in the Foundation. Needs a personality overhaul.

      Absolutely none. Zero. Nothing good to say about this place.

      Cons

      I wish I could rate this place with a zero. Controlling, manipulative behavior from upper management. Will take credit for everything & take you down as soon as you challenge them. You’ll never get anywhere with this company. They won’t allow it. Upper management thinks they’re above everyone & can’t be bothered to acknowledge the “little people” that do all of the work.
