      Pros

      Lyreco is a stable and people focused company with a strong global history and a clear commitment to sustainability, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement. The culture in Thailand is friendly, collaborative, and supportive. There are good opportunities to learn, grow, and work with both local and international teams. I also appreciate the company’s focus on employee engagement, safety, development, and creating a better workplace experience.

      Cons

      Like many global organizations, some processes can take time due to matrix structures and regional & global alignment. The business is fast-paced, so workload and prioritization can be challenging during peak periods.

      There is no pros for this company

      Take 30mins break off but expect you to not have one If you work over 8.5 hours you will not get paid overtime and will be expected to finish all your drops. Managers are abusive both verbally and psychically. Staff turn over means there is constant changes and people having to do a tonne more work as managers wont pitch in. Pay is basic minimum wage, if they mess your pay up dont expect help from payroll, they constantly say they are on leave right after pay day
