Pros

To be precise nothing other than available parking with electric chargers.

Cons

The company runs on collecting money by advertising product goals and timeliness with no consultation with technical people or without any scientific basis. There is no respect for the scientist/ engineers. The technical management is inexperienced (never been part of any innovation) and rigid. This results into abusive work culture and zero potential of product development. On top of that unjust timeliness expecting can turn the life of any technical people extremely miserable. More to that is terrible HR policies which makes me feel like daily wage earner even though they showed lot of promise while hiring me full time.

Pros

The salary is competitive compared to the market

Cons

Before I joining this company, all I heard was rainbows and sunshine—positive buzz and rave reviews everywhere. But the moment I entered in, reality hit me like a ton of bricks. Turns out, that positivity was just a mirage, a bunch of smoke and mirrors, all lies and scams. The workplace ambiance is alarmingly toxic, fostering an environment replete with passive-aggressive colleagues whose communication skills leave much to be desired. You try to offer some helpful feedback, and bam! Instead of taking it in stride, they go on the offensive. It's like walking on eggshells around here. Management, unfortunately, seems adrift without a clear direction and, regrettably, displays a concerning lack of respect. Their modus operandi appears fixated on command and control, where compliance reigns supreme over fostering a collaborative and conducive work environment. Any attempt to voice insights often leads to certain managers raising their voices to an uncomfortable crescendo, undermining a culture of open discourse. And if you dare speak up or offer a different perspective, some of these managers turn into human megaphones, yelling their heads off. What's worse? It feels like I've got a dozen bosses breathing down my neck, each with a fancy title—team lead, technical lead, project manager, senior manager, materials director—each demanding something different for the same darn task. It's chaos, no alignment whatsoever. The lack of synchronization leads to chaos, and some managers seem intent on sabotaging rather than supporting their teams. Interpersonal friction is rife, with managers engaging in destructive competition at the expense of collaboration. And safety? Let's just say they're flunking big time. I've seen management sweep several incidents under the rug. And don't even get me started on the frequent fires and battery explosions! It's like a weekly fireworks show due to their lack of safety measures. While the compensation may appear competitive, I caution against stepping into this profoundly toxic environment. The disillusionment and adversity far outweigh any potential gains. This workplace, fraught with discord and compromised safety, does not merit consideration for those seeking a fulfilling and supportive professional setting.

Thank you for the candid perspective. It is disheartening to learn about this negative experience within our company. The account of challenges faced in the workplace, particularly with the management style and safety concerns, is of great concern and antithetical to our company values. A supportive and safe work employment environment is paramount for our organization, and it seems we have fallen short of these expectations in your case. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to guide our efforts to continuously improve. We are committed to addressing these issues earnestly and fostering a more positive and respectful workplace culture.

Pros

Interesting technology and product applications

Cons

This is a horrible workplace with a toxic environment and zero team spirit among employees. Between two CTOs who cannot agree on anything and people with no subject matter expertise running the show, there is no good leadership to boost employee morale. The management style is very dictatorial with no sense of accountability whatsoever. The IP filing process is not transparent with the actual inventors not given credit. This is costing them their employees and customers.
