Pros
A fantastic place to learn how to avoid running a business. Learn to steal ideas and prints. If you are a narcissist, then this is the place for you. Learn to bad mouth customers and former employees for at least 85% of your day.
Cons
Ethics, morals, and lack of professionalism. Fire people when they make a dollar. Inter-office relationships even though 75% is family members. Blame everyone else for things how they treat others. Bad mouth old employees even when the reason they fired them was their own fault. Never take responsibility for actions.

They don't trust their people, it feels like jail, Salary deduction is common thing here. No flexibility. Very Toxic Environment
