Pros

There are some good clients who want to do cool campaigns/activations so good experience and ok benefits

Cons

Literally where do I start? The overall company is ok and tries to push for progressive things like mental health days, unlimited PTO, work/life balance, etc. But each team has a subculture and some of them are awful. Certain teams treat their BIPOC employees like trash and have a culture of borderline bullying and hazing which makes it such a miserable place to be. The microaggressions from the top down are constant, the people can be insufferable, and the way they degrade and belittle already overworked and underpaid employees is awful. The senior leadership for some teams create a culture of surveillance, gossip/drama, and do not support entry level staff or their careers. The have the audacity to be surprised when there's so much turnover. I have never been so miserable than I was when I worked here. The toll working here took on my mental, emotional, and physical health was actually terrible and I cannot recommend a place less.

Pros

Great benefits, awesome location and office space, lots of free products and food, Summer/Beer Friday’s, decent pay, good variety of clients, really helpful office manager, great training programs.

Cons

When something goes wrong, all of the blame is immediately shifted to the ACs, even if they were not involved in the problem to begin with. Upper level managers do not listen to lower level employees but will jump in to shift blame and gang up on them when they get bored. Hours are all over the place with 12 hour days not uncommon. There is a common misconception around the office that HR is not your friend, and upper management scares you away from going to them for help (side note, HR is a great advocate when they do actually get involved).
