      Pros

      No micromanaging. Coworkers are good people.

      Cons

      Lots of politics overrun by white males for example, their website. Management will belittle and contradict themselves to their employees. Expect overtime with no pay. Free tee shirts for less money during your review. They are a "family" oriented company i.e. toxic environment. Standing your ground is frowned upon. They speak highly of "empowerment" and "leadership". If you choose to do either or you will be talked down to or a write up. HR is not your friend and never will be. They are there to be against you and work for the company. Don't hesitate to apply for this company unless you are ready to take a toll on a healthier mental state.

      Pros

      Great co-workers Not micro managed Good entry level pay Company paid medical benefits.

      Cons

      Management doesn't reward good workers with better pay. Paltry raises. Bad employee retention. Work overload. Unreasonable expectations. Have to be in the good boys club to be given opportunities for advancement. Too political.

      Pros

      When I hired on it was a fun company. We had great mentors who use to have rubber band fights with us and taught us a lot.

      Cons

      If you are a young employee, regardless of age, they want you staying late. My boss was probably the stupidest guy I’ve ever met. He fell asleep at his desk constantly. We would walk into his office and he would be snoring at his computer.
