Where do I start? When I was there, 2011-2013, the pay was low, the pressure was extremely high. You feel like your left arm can't talk to your right arm. Security is a high priority here which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but couple that with the feeling like you can be let go just for a simple mistake or two, and it is like walking on EGGSHELLS! People are in fear of their jobs here! You are expected to work your tail off and get very little thanks for it. I once worked a 25 hr shift with just a mere thank you from the president. However like I said if you screw up expect to get YELLED AT! - or WORSE YET - FIRED! Also beware of things happening behind your back here. If they don't like you it might be for something you don't know about. If you don't meet upper managements arbitrary expectations, you are OUT! Nevermind any personal hardships you might be facing. Very Militaristic style of management..If they say jump you better say how high and for how long!
