We really work like a team! We are able to voice our opinion and it is heard...we are able to learn from each other daily.

Pros

Management is horrible. Job was horrible. Overworked, lack of support and benefits. People don't want to work for free and have their pay cut.

Cons

This job sucked, low pay, crap benefits, bad culture, horrible management.
