We very much appreciate any and all feedback given by the talented people who've contributed to our company and clients. We continue to make investments in providing a best-in-class environment for our staff and competitive compensation packages to attract And retain the best talent. We're incredibly proud of our staff retention rate which helps retain our culture and deep industry knowledge. Your experience, as described, is something we'll examine and look to make improvements on where applicable, We would add, though, that we haven't had attrition of more than 3 people of our 105 staffers in over a year and the position you listed above only relates to one person who was terminated for severely poor performance and was asked to be removed from our accounts staff by 2 clients directly. Every experience, good or not as good, is an opportunity for us to improve our hiring and screening practices so that we identify the best fit for our teams and clients. So while we're not excited to receive such a negative mark on our Glassdoor profile, we thank you for your feedback.
