Great company, stable, flexible, great work/life balance. Opportunities are provided if your performances are excellent. Very family oriented; many company events with free food or drinks. Top management are very easy going, and reasonable management team. A lot of loyal employees who are like me, who worked for company for more than 10 years

Pros

It's pretty easy to get hired with no experience at all. They pay $15/hr with no benefits for new grads.

Cons

I never write reviews but I feel an obligation to warn anyone considering this company to think twice before joining this place. Discrimination: This company is literally 99% Chinese. The day I was let go, they laid off all nonchinese people in my department. I've never seen a black person or mexican person in the office ever for the year I was there. Hygiene & Sweatshop like facilities: There's a "warehouse" in the back, which was as close to a sweatshop as you could get. People were sitting on logs wrapped in bubble wrap for chairs and no one could speak English and it seemed unsafe. There's cockroaches everywhere, especially the breakroom. It smells FOUL everywhere. The bathrooms look like something out of a nightmare, with the lights super low and everything looks grimey, not to mention the employees wash themselves in the sinks. I'm not joking, I literally saw this one lady taking a bath in the sink daily, washing her upper body, arms and all. Many people brush their teeth and hocks lugees into the sinks after lunch. It's charming. Toxic work environment: You have to clock in and out, there's a million cameras on you at all times, when you leave to lunch, if you're a minute late, it's tracked and deducted from your pay if you're hourly. Everyone tries to make the most of it and while I was there, no one ever complained. I felt very alienated pointing out how horrible the situation here was and I think, to some degree, that was the worst part. Everyone was backstabby and really never cared about each other, it's just such a horrible atmosphere there. No career opportunities: I don't really see where anyone could take their career. It's pretty much 90% sales and 10% administrative and they just treat you like a robot or an animal the whole time. *Main point: As a recent college grad, this was my first job out of school and it was really depressing and kind of made me think that most jobs were this depressing. It really put a damper on my drive and motivation right out of college. If you're thinking about working here, I would take it if you really need the money and have a good plan to get out in the next couple of months, this place drains you emotionally and mentally.
