Pros

Staff are friendly (mostly). Overtime is available regularly. Pay is better than most.

Cons

This place has a revolving door, most people only last a year and it shows. Skilled people leave every other week. Lot of talk from management but it means nothing. Problems are everywhere, every line is underperforming. A lot of politics, in the offices. No one will admit blame, but will blame others or blatantly lie. Staff are fed up, many are looking to leave.

Sinking ship?

Pros

Good pay at all levels, flexi time for salary (but don't expect to be able to use it!)

Cons

Major issue with staff turnaround, people are leaving every month yet no one seems to care or want to do anything about it. A lot of stress and working all hours. No real plan, things change several times a day. No sick pay for the first three days, and is you take any time off (even genuine) you will loose money at the next pay review.
