The company claims to be diverse and focused on immigrants, but the management team are all rich white guys that could care less about the real immigrant experience. They have absolutely no knowledge about the banking system in the US as they used to be a telecommunications company. Therefore, their approaching to selling a financial services is the same as selling calling cards. Their financing is all over the places as they've lost funding and have axed many talented people with no regards as to their future. The coding of the app has many many faults and risk management is poorly executed. If you're not part of the inner circle of friends who manage the company you are absolutely expendable. Managers tend to claim all the victories and do not pay attention to what tjeir team tells them. They also tend to claim to do much more than what they actually do. The pay is low compared to other companies and transparency is questionable. Tasks seem to have no definitive goal and are more about the whims and ideas they come up with from one day to another. They want to be a startup but have no idea how in a n industry they know nothing about in a country they know no regulations to people they have no knowledge about.
