Quarterly HR Departments kicked out..Big eole like National Heads have been thrown out of the company. Its like next day you go to office and you come to know you are not allowed to enter because your team member forgot to send a courier. 6 Day Working, Day night overtime without compensation, no Com Off, No Work from Home, No HR policy for anything.

Mbd Group foundation was laid down by Late Shri Ashok Malhotra with hard work and lead to a bright team who took company for journey of 56 yrs. I miss opportunity working with him as he knew right performer.

Cons

Post 2009, demise of Shri Ashok Malhotra ji, its been roller coaster ride for employees. His daughters leading with best efforts but failed to retain talent wheraw Shri Ashok Malhotra ji was master of it. Anyone can disguise management and play politics. If anyone who wants to grow n u do not have job so continue otherwise move on.
