      Pros

      Company has good benefits compared to many in the sector and tries hard with many DEI initiatives (if that is a positive these days).

      Cons

      A changing of the senior management in recent years has fundamentally changed the ethos of the company. It used to be known as a "good place for good people" but that no longer applies. The senior team give the impression of being clueless, rudderless and ruthless - a dangerous combination. They routinely undermine colleagues and blame others for their many shortcomings. Beware.

      Poor strategy decisions and a lack of flexibility. Lost sight of some of basics of marketing - customer is king.
