- As a startup, MBJ has a clear vision of what they want to achieve, and its innovative concept is applied in the product and service offered which attracts a lot of clients. - The work environment is awesome and feels great to work there, full of great professionals, full of enjoyable people that make you feel at home and you can learn a lot of things from them. - A lot of freedom to take decisions in terms of improving processes, both internal and externals and a great opportunity to improve interpersonal communication skills.

- As a startup, there are a lot of things that are still in development and content evolution, but this can be considered as a Pro as well as there's always room to improvement.
