Piyush Ganatra as a boss is no good. He only pushes the employees to meet people & give them hope. Piyush is a very bizarre & arrogant person & will always put his ego above everything. The same job when allotted to his son; could not perform. Also I was offered a job & my visa was stalled for 10 months. Continuous follow-ups were of no help. Finally when Piyush got back to me, he issued a 3 months visit visa for me. My employment visa was not issued properly with most of the work pending. I didn't even get my Labor Card then. Ramadan timings do not exist as everyone is made to work overtime & the employees are not provided with medical insurance which is compulsory under UAE Labor Law. Luckily I did not have any salary issues as he provided my salary on time (Maybe because I was underpaid).

salary not on time (only cash payment) my visa was stalled for 2 months medical insurnace is not provided to the employyes who are under their visa as per UAE labour law. Visa was not issued properly half of the work was pending timings from 8.30 to 6.30 to hectic intially i was told to work from home without salary
