Pros
The position allowed for learning across a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
Cons
A significant portion of the office staff appeared to be related in some capacity. During the interview process, there was an emphasis on opportunities for “after hours” work with commission based pay. However, in practice, these opportunities were largely retained by management and their family members. It was uncommon for employees outside of that group to be offered this work. Over time, QA/QC demands required senior staff to focus primarily on project oversight, which limited their availability for mentorship and structured professional development. As a result, internal advancement opportunities were limited, and many employees sought career growth externally after gaining experience.
