A stable job but lacking growth and trust

Perfect job if you’re not looking for much growth or an exciting career, if you’re more of a person that goes to work and come home and just want overall stability you’d like it.
Cons
Felt somewhat depressing to work here, everyone seemed to be wasted potential. Low growth company, so many people were laid off during my year or so there due to loss of clients and lack of substantial new business. No company culture, first agency I’ve been at where people don’t go to lunch together or interact with one another. Really felt empty. Nearly everyone I was somewhat close to are looking for a way out no one seemed to truly enjoy working there because of lack of trust in the leadership, everyone is paranoid about being fired or laid off. Everytime a client was loss or reduced their renewal someone was laid off. Also no room for financial growth unless someone is laid off.
