      unlimited vacation, fully virtual, they give you two monitors, printer and every 01/01 $1000 for office supplies.

On a quarterly basis each team member initiates their own Check-In by identifying achievements, challenges and future growth opportunities and works with their manager for support and alignment with corporate and team objectives. Our philosophy is that we take ownership of our career development! We all need to take a critical look (and ask feedback from others) to be proactive and strategic about our own growth paths and how we support MDaudit. If you want to be more challenged, I encourage you to create a plan and partner with your manager.
