Pros

Medical device company selling worldwide with good work environment. Good 401 (k) and some opportunity for advancement within the home office.

Cons

Unsettled upper management with revolving door of CEO'S who had minimal experience within the core market. Failed and costly attempt to enter Health & Fitness market prevented product growth in core market.

The company helps people by serving hospitals. It's work you can be proud of.

Cons

I agree that Todd Austin is absolutely toxic and a bully. It is painful and draining to be around management that does not seem to care for the wellbeing of the company at all.

*Most* of the people I ran into there are good eggs.

Cons

* Company bait-and-switched me on job and also fooled my recruiter. * They didn't honor conditions negotiated for during the offer process. * I was flexible with them and my performance greatly improved, yet when I asserted myself over the conditions stated above I was "not a fit" all of a sudden. * Some people there that present themselves as approachable and trustworthy will stab you in the back. * Company and the specific project I was on had been mismanaged for years. They are better, but the ramifications of previous bad decisions still affect them years later. Money and time are in short supply to the point they are cutting corners they shouldn't.
