Lads are decent Birthday gift vouchers Work life balance is okay.

Higher Management Salary Overtime rate at 1.3 No respect from management Unrealistic targets especially when parts are poor. Sickness procedure Be carful when filling a a work discomfort forms, because they will threating you by saying if you can’t run a certain station then your no good for the company, rather than trying to help the operator.
