      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.

      Pros

      Great energy motivating employees with a common goal driving everyone in the same direction . It is a job where you can expect to work hard but will be on the cutting edge of Cannabis Tech for your efforts. Easily some of the best people I have ever worked with and a administrative staff I wholeheartedly believe in.

      Cons

      As the company expands with new product offerings and opportunities, employees share more responsibilities. There is a learning curve with each requiring a commitment to learning.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company before where coming to work every day feels like coming home to another family. We all truly represent the company's 3 core values: 1)Do the right thing, 2) Be part of the solution, 3) Show people that you care. This is something that I feel confident in saying that everyone embodies these values at the company.

      Cons

      Even though we've been in business for over 8 years, we are still a start-up and come along with all the stresses. It is sometimes difficult to get answers in a fast manner when a customer needs them or advice/mentoring from management. I'm not really sure what the next steps for me in the company would be either-there's not really a clear path to moving upward in the company.
