I encountered several issues that ultimately led to my dissatisfaction with the role. The recruitment process was completely vague, with no clear agenda. I had to follow up multiple times to hear about the next rounds. The management team lacked strategic vision and often changed priorities without clear communication or rationale, causing confusion and frustration among the team. The lack of transparency and consistent direction made it challenging to achieve meaningful results and contributed to a chaotic work environment. In my opinion, MKTHINK fell short of the expectations set during the hiring process, and I would recommend potential candidates to seek opportunities elsewhere.
