      1. Flexibility to do all itreations and learnings. 2. you can poke your nose on all feilds.

      1. Completely not a system driven company. 2. People will fight for credits and work focus will be more only high credit jobs.

      1.Employee freedom 2.Interpersonal relation 3.Responsibilty specially if u r in Vehicle Integration,Validation or Program Management. 4.If u r in one of the above dept. u will have great authority, critical part of decision making 5.Overall positive feel on Mahindra culture 6.Average employee age is 27yrs, so lots of energy and dedication. 7.Time relaxation 8.Customer interaction 9.Supportive to new ideas 10.CATIA software...best software to try out concepts and Design Analysis at design stage only. 11.Trainings 12.Location of Company

      1.No defined timelines 2.Top level politics...it can actually freak u out 3.Too much benchmarking... 4.Communication gap between top management and operation level. 5.Perfromance of Managers needs to be reviewed very very critically 6.Marketing really needs to think about thier strategy 7.If u can boast....u can get a very good rise irrespective of ur performance

      if you have good repo with seniors, you may receivd freedom to do whatever you want. else forget it.

      Cons

      No definite growth plans for junior or middle level, workplace politics, no competitive environment,sluggish, Less responding HR, All HR policies are just poster initatives.
