    Decent benefits. Summer picnics, if you're into that sort of thing.

    Cons

    If you're a new employee they expect you to know all their procedures within a couple of months. Majority of their employees are lifers and will treat you like you're a piece of garbage while bashing upper management, whom they run to to cry if you make one error.

    Cons

    Growth has stemmed from acquisitions of numerous smaller firms. Each has its own processes, style, methods, and therefore there are inconsistencies across the firm.
