2y- The pay is what you accept before joining, out of your own free will.
- We are one of the few companies where people are discouraged from working late.
- Incentives are entirely transparent, albeit only to those who actually earn it.
- "We find the agency more nimble and accountable than even the bigger agencies." - Clients
- Schools that allow tardiness and latecomings produce adults who outrage here.
- With an average tenure of 3.9 years, most people are happy, and they are not here.
- Those who don't work, don't get paid. Many who don't work well, end up here.
Now, companies may be mute, and disgruntled exes may leverage that to say whatever to deflect attention away from their own incompetence. That said, we are sorry that your experience was less than ideal. We wish ours had been better, too.
