Pros

The only pro is that they have great clients

Cons

Very poor management The pay is very less for the work they get you done Everyday you have to do overtime work No transparent incentives for overtime work Get a pay cut even if you are a minute late to the office(My school was better) Toxic work culture

- The pay is what you accept before joining, out of your own free will. - We are one of the few companies where people are discouraged from working late. - Incentives are entirely transparent, albeit only to those who actually earn it. - "We find the agency more nimble and accountable than even the bigger agencies." - Clients - Schools that allow tardiness and latecomings produce adults who outrage here. - With an average tenure of 3.9 years, most people are happy, and they are not here. - Those who don't work, don't get paid. Many who don't work well, end up here. Now, companies may be mute, and disgruntled exes may leverage that to say whatever to deflect attention away from their own incompetence. That said, we are sorry that your experience was less than ideal. We wish ours had been better, too. Wish you the best.

Pros

Can't think of a single pro of working here.

Cons

Most toxic workplace. No respect for individuals or their work. Treat adults like boarding school kids. Patriarchy and patronizing employees. Zero work life balance. Pays peanuts and no transparency

- Good boarding schools produce great professionals who turn up daily, and on time. - Everyone here enjoys evenings and weekends off. That's balance. - Everyone accepts an offer and signs an appointment - we think of those as two actual opportunities to consider the salary offered, prior to acceptance. Now, companies may be mute, and disgruntled exes may leverage that to say whatever to deflect attention away from their own incompetence. That said, we are sorry that your experience was less than ideal. We wish ours had been better, too. Wish you the best.

- Salaries are paid on the LWD of the each month and it stands validated with the government. You forget that companies have to file this information. - All employees only begin work upon signing the NDA and accepting their appointment letter on the same day. - Both the Director, and the General Manager of the company are women. - We are one of the few companies to both hire, and ensure 100% pay parity for differently-abled talent. - Finally, only the admin dept works on Saturdays to manage housekeeping, which is agreed with them before joining. Now, companies may be mute, and disgruntled exes may leverage that to say whatever to deflect attention away from their own incompetence. That said, we are sorry that your experience was less than ideal. We wish ours had been better, too. Wish you the best.
