You don't matter unless you're in the sales department. Everytime a new person is hired, everyone feels sorry for them. Management has no clue how to raise company/employee moral even though they sell the idea really well. They don't take sexual or verbal harassment serious and would rather pay someone to leave then remove the parties that are inappropriate and offensive. Shame on them! Someone who has harrassed women again and again, keeps his job and MOI covers it well. That's the type of place this is.

In my experience, this company let's its Sales people dictate their every decision and has an IT Department that is routinely allowed to intimidate and belittle employees. They will show you no loyalty. Using Covid as an excuse, in my opinion, they recently laid off approx. 6-8 of their 150+ employees. 2 single mom's, each with more than 20yrs experience, as well as an openly gay man with more than 10yrs experience. Meanwhile, they have reportedly paid off at least one victim of sexual harassment with the offender still employed there and rumored to have sexually harassed additional employees. In my opinion, this isn't a company lead by someone with a good moral compass.
