      Pros

      Nice brand. Cute office. Good parties. Not bad if it's your very first job, but don't stay long.

      Cons

      Work is very slow and a joke. Expectations are low. Promotions are not based on anything other that whose bottom you kiss systematically. It's impossible to get noticed and progress unless you are friends with the higher-ups. They have a huge churn rate, and try to fix it by bringing in new people...

      Sinking ship....run!!!

      Pros

      free breakfast, decent pay, focus on community involvement, hire mostly nice people, free friday lunches, work-life balance pretty good

      Cons

      senior leadership is inexperienced and making all the wrong decisions. Missing targets for the last 2 years and no change in sight. Restructures with redundancies happen at least twice a year which is really disruptive to teams and company performance. Promotions criteria is not consistent across departments at all.

      Pros

      - The people are great. I made friends for life. - Awesome offices - Work life balance - you can generally come in at 10 and leave at 4 - this is ok as management does it also.

      Cons

      - No career progression - only recent changes have meant that you can do courses. - Company is going backwards in performance, everyone panics, but no changes happen to correct this.
