Hospitality staff receive low wages, especially compared to similar establishments. Unpaid overtime is expected. Staff perform duties outside of their contracted work with no compensation. Regular cost cutting for junior staff benefits while seniors receive raises. Company focus is expansion and growth rather than nurturing existing businesses.
