Pros

I really wanted to like it there, but it was so highschool. They have these company meetings every other Friday where they praise the same people. It’s a love fest for all the people that are a part of the “in crowd” and it’s so nauseating. The CEO seems to be a decent person but I think he has no idea how bad his leadership team really is because most of them are his childhood buddies. They all have a bunch of side group chats going on where they target another person and talk trash about them. Just be warned that while they are a remote company, you will be required to be on camera for everything. No seriously, everything. It’s like they don’t trust you at all. There are a couple managers there that are so controlling that they won’t even let you talk to your coworkers without them present in the conversation. Never seen anything like it. The non exempt workers practically have to ask permission to go to the bathroom.its bad. So glad I got out of there. Don’t be fooled by other positive reviews. They ask their buddies to get on here and praise the company.

Cons

Everything. Pay is terrible and not in line with industry standards. If you ask HR about a career path they just tell you to talk to your current manager. If you’re trying to get away from your current manager, that’s obviously challenging. There are good people there, but leadership is the problem. They were just bought out by one digital, but I don’t see that changing anything for the better since that CEO is also childhood buddies with the MP CEO. Like I said before. It’s highschool

Pros

Ability to work hybrid/remote, that's about it

Cons

Narcissistic management who spend all day on pointless Zoom calls while workhorses get overwhelmed with work and are underpaid. Unless you are a favorite, good luck getting a real bonus or raise. Seen tons of talented employees leave when they realized what's what.

Pros

As a sales leader at MP Wired for HR, I’m impressed by the company’s people-first culture, which prioritizes employee well-being, collaboration, and growth. The executive team is transparent, approachable, and committed to everyone’s success. The company fosters a collaborative environment where every voice is valued, and contributions directly impact its success. There’s a clear growth trajectory, making it exciting to be part of the team. MP Wired’s winning sales culture stands out with its focus on results, clear targets, and a competitive yet supportive atmosphere. Sales professionals are encouraged to collaborate across departments, celebrate wins, and continuously improve. Leadership provides consistent support, helping the team succeed while creating an environment where relationships and long-term value are prioritized over just hitting numbers.

Cons

While MP Wired, being smaller than larger enterprises, may not yet have the same level of established resources. The company is actively refining processes and investing in technology, positioning itself to scale efficiently and effectively.
