      Decent pay overshadowed by poor management and unclear roles

      Pros

      Pay was good, not great. Good health coverage.

      Cons

      Executive Management is terrible and it all starts with the CEO Hank Kohl. Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined. ERP implementation was a disaster but led by the CFO. Treatment of individuals was very unfair. No room for growth or other opportunities. They hired 4 VPs within 3 years due to friction with the CEO - HUGE Red Flag.

      There are a lot of great people here, life-long friendships were formed.

      Micro-managing from the top down, low pay and expected you to work constant OT.
