      Pros

      Don't work every weekend, co workers get along for the most part. Job is close to home and we are now UNION. USW all the way!!!!!

      Cons

      Working conditions are bad management is horrible HR is rude and there for the money they always screw up paycheck a insurance well just about everything they do. Upper management doesn't care for the people just about the money they say they are putting money into the plant and they are just putting in cameras and gates this place is in need of real management and office workers it's not even paying enough to pay our bills even with overtime!

      Pros

      It's a job, but could be allot better. It's local and pay most of my bills but is still lacking allot.

      Cons

      MPI Knox, is a dirty noisy, place that is not very well maintained, and it seems that most of the management do no want to take a active roll in making sure things are done correctly. Most of the new employees that the company get are driven off by the fact of low pay, and poor working conditions.
