      - Great culture has been. MSL is none like I've seen before, the people are just amazing and I've made genuine friends at this agency - Portfolio-building campaigns - they gave me access to global brands and meaningful briefs that added real weight to my showreel - Creative development - Highly skilled and inspiring colleagues have allowed me to develop hugely at the company, the effort that goes into getting the best out of individuals and ideas is remarkable

      - This was being worked on already but just more collaboration between all teams, but largely no cons

      Amazing people, great opportunities, great clients and inspiring work

      none at company level as issues if any are dealt with quickly. main issue is all wages and promotions are run through parent group which is limiting
