Pros

While I can't speak for every team at MSNBC, the ones that I've worked on and assisted have been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone is kind, understanding, and pushes you to be better.

Cons

Depending on where you work at MSNBC, you have to realize it's the news, and things can change at the drop of a hat. That could be being in intense, stressful situations with extremely close deadlines or working outside of normal hours .
