Pros

Since the industry and this company have such high turnover all you need to so to keep your job is to show up and do the work.

Cons

There are no set schedules, everything is constantly changing. Management preaches Team and Integrity but these are difficult to find in the trenches. Team is one sided and not in your favor.

Growth is difficult. Over a 2 year period, MSNW has experienced significant growth. The reason...we care about our team and our clients. This significant increase in business has resulted in "growth pains". At times, our ability to meet each individual team members needs are stretched thin. It is in those times, we hope that our overall commitment to the care for our team will provide us with some grace as we struggle to catch up. In the end, MSNW realizes that our continued success is dependent upon the most important part of our company....the team members that provide the excellent service to our clients. Thank you for your input. It helps us focus on areas where we can improve. Scott Nally, Director Human Resources, MSNW

Pros

I'm getting paid $4/he extra because they hired me to be a lead but I'm actually only doing cleaning

Cons

Got hired to be a lead, drive around ,deliver supplies, do inspections, fill in for vacations and sick time. But 2 cleaners quit my first week and so I have been doing their job since the company hasn't hired anyone to replace them. My supervisor retired 3 weeks after he hired me and it has taken 2 months to train his replacement. It's been 3 months since I've been hired and still have not had any training or any kind of hint as to when I will start the position they hired me for. They keep telling me that they are working on a "path" for the situation...what ever that means.

I am sorry that your experience with MSNW did not meet your expectations. Indeed, we have experienced growing pains. During this time, we appreciate you support as a fill-in for cleaners who were on vacation or unable to report to work due to illness. Flexibility in acting as a fill-in cleaner is an important part of the Lead role. I am also concerned that you don't believe you have received appropriate training for your role. Training is critical for your Safety as well as providing you with the process and skills necessary to exceed our clients expectations. MSNW has expanded our Training Curriculum over the past year. If you still have concerns in this area, please reach out to me personally so we can make sure your issues are addressed. Scott Nally, Director Human Resources, MSNW

Pros

Flexible work times (not schedule!) meaning you can show up basically anytime within a reasonable timeframe and do your job independently. Management doesn’t micromanage because they’re basically nonexistent.. which is nice bc it reinforces how little everyone cares and so you can barely care too!

Cons

-Terrible pay, especially when you consider how much gas you spend driving around in your own automobile. It’s the only job I’ve ever heard of that expects you to work overnight and only pay you min wage.. -Management is horrible. You follow the rules, document, text, call, ask questions and are ultimately left with no response at all. Eventually you’ll stop caring about your job because you either have no supplies or can’t get anyone to answer your questions. -People are rude. You’re a faceless cleaning service and people take advantage of that by being as disgusting and condescending as humanly possible. -Dangerous. Working alone overnight in some parts of the city is just a bad idea. You’re highly exposed in buildings at night but you can’t see five feet across a parking lot. Lots of times people would hide and wait for me to take out the trash so they could rummage through it at 1am. -working until 4am leaves little to no time to have a family, day job, or life in a city that completely shuts down at 10pm every night. Good luck with that.

MSNW recognizes that our success is dependent upon the talent and dedication of each team member. To our clients, the face of MSNW is the team member who works at their site. In order to make sure we can attract and retain the best candidates available, MSNW periodically reviews its compensation and benefit plans to make sure they are among the best in our industry. Over the past year, we have increased our wage rates and introduced new benefit programs for our part time team members. As MSNW continues to grow, there will be opportunities for team members to grow and proper along with MSNW. If you have a servants heart and want to grow with a responsible and caring company, we hope you will consider MSNW. Scott Nally, Director Human Resources, MSNW
