      Pros

      The work-family at MSS is by far the biggest pro - great group of people to work and communicate with.

      Cons

      We're growing! (That's not a con!!) But the bi-products of growth and their effects on a workday aren't for everyone. If you aren't a resourceful "go-getter", this may not be a place for you on a day-to-day basis. We work hard!

      Pros

      Pay is decent but not on par with competitors.

      Cons

      The project management division is an absolute joke. No processes or procedures. Everything is done on the fly and the turnover rate is over 50%. They have one major customer who they're on the verge of loosing due to mismanagement. The company pretends that all employees are "family" but in reality, this only extends to a select few who've been there from the beginning while everyone else is expendable.
