      •Free snacks and drinks provided.

      Cons

      •Verifiable reports of unacceptable management behavior to HR go unpunished visibly. •Growth potential limited or non-existent. Internal promotions are rare. Management roles are filled externally. •Controlling, unprofessional, and intolerable behavior from senior directors. Employees are routinely berated, treated, and paid unequally. Hourly check-ins required for all departments when working from home due to weather.

      Pros

      Direct hire was very knowledgeable in their role and was great teacher. Free lunch on Fridays.

      Cons

      The Owner is very rude and disrespectful. He does not value his employees and has terrible problem resolution skills. He has no experience with how to treat others because he has never been in a position to receive criticism. The benefits and pay are not enough to have to deal with the disrespect you have to endure. Also, you have to be mindful of workplace gossip and other employees stepping on your toes. The turnover rate is extremely high and you would be wasting your time even applying. Save yourself a headache. There are several other logistics companies that are far greater.

      Fun and engaging culture with high pace environment. Every day is a new challenge. Training is solid. Company is financially stable in this current climate.

      Cons

      MW is a great place to work. I do not see anything to call out negative.
